Welcome!
My name is Dr. Alan Cohen, and Jury Insights is the name of my litigation research and consultation practice.
I have worked as a trial consultant and jury psychologist since 1993.
After getting my Ph.D. from the University of Washington in 1978 in Communication Science, I practiced as a psychotherapist and management consultant for about 15 years. In 1993, I started my trial consulting practice and have been a full time trial consultant since 1995.

I have worked on well over 500 cases, covering the entire spectrum of civil plaintiff and defense litigation, as well as criminal defense including a dozen death penalty cases.
I have been a presenter at numerous CLE programs and I have been interviewed about my work in various print, radio and TV media.

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, and the American Society of Trial Consultants.
